Fences in Taylors ridge should be uniform and follow the original, natural cedar look and design.  Fence replacement projects need to be approved by the Architecture committee.  If you are just replacing your fence with the same style and design, approval will be immediate. 

Fences can be clear-coated to protect the fence and slow silvering.  You must get committee approval before tinting or staining your fence.
